How do I register?

Simply follow the step-by-step procedure by clicking on “register”.

I don't have a school. Can I register?

Yes of course! By default Aurimatrix offers several ear maps, point sets and protocols.

My school recommended Aurimatrix to me. But how do you do it?

You are in the right place! During your registration process, do not forget to fill in the code provided by your School. This allows us to offer you the mapping, the set of points and the protocols that you have been taught.

I have entered the code provided by my School but I do not have access to maps, point sets and dedicated protocols.

The School code must be entered when registering on the site. You probably entered the School code afterwards, in the settings. Don't panic. An email to contact@aurimatrix.com is enough to fix the situation!

I don't know anything about auriculotherapy but I would like to use Aurimatrix. Is that possible?

Anything is possible but Aurimatrix is a business software, not a school of auriculotherapy or auricular acupuncture. It is best to use Aurimatrix during or after your training, not before.

Should Aurimatrix be installed?

No, Aurimatrix is a 100% online “software-as a Service” (SaaS) application. No installation is required.

On how many workstations can I use Aurimatrix?

As much as you want, on any terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone...)

What are the minimum system requirements?

As Aurimatrix is an online application, all you need is a browser and internet access. No memory or minimally powerful processors. Just a browser and internet.

Do you offer therapeutic protocols?

By default, Aurimatrix offers several protocols from different schools or traditions.

Can I download and use the Aurimatrix ear diagram free of charge?

Certainly! The ear diagram is available for free download. Its use is governed by a Creative Commons license of type BY-NC-SA 4.0: you are free to use the diagram, modify it, and publish it, provided that you credit the author ("attribution = BY"), do not use it for commercial purposes ("non-commercial = NC"), and share any modifications under the same terms ("share alike = SA").

What is the resolution of the Aurimatrix ear diagram?

Each point is represented to the nearest pixel. Each pixel corresponds to a resolution of 0.13 +/- 0.01 mm high for 0.10 +/- 0.01 mm wide. The resolution therefore covers the thinnest diameter of an acupuncture needle (0.15 mm).

Is Aurimatrix free?

Unfortunately no. Aurimatrix is a paid software in the form of a monthly or annual subscription.

Do I have to commit myself for at least 1 year?

No, but it depends on your subscription plan. With a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime, without notice or commitment. The subscription will end at the end of the month that started. For the annual subscription, it is the same: there is no notice but the period will end at the end of the validity period.

How do I get my bill back?

In the Aurimatrix application, click on your name at the top right, then on the “Subscription” tab. A “Manage my subscription” button appears. Click on it. A new window opens. Go to “BILLING HISTORY” at the bottom right of the page, even if it means scrolling down the page: all invoices appear with the date, the amount and the formula. Then click on the desired invoice: A new page opens, allowing you to download the invoice and the receipt.
